Media Stage Produces AV for Make-A-Wish Gala, Breaking Donation Record

For the fifth consecutive year, Media Stage played a crucial role in making the Make-A-Wish Gala in Naples a standout success, providing high-end AV production for the prestigious event. Play ball!

That’s a wrap from Clearwater, FL! We partnered with the Philadelphia Phillies to build the lighting rig for their Media Day set to capture gladiator shots of the players for content to use in the upcoming season. We traveled across the state for a full load-in/set day and two shoot days. The set was built at their Spring Training facility, BayCare Ballpark, underneath the bleachers on the ground. The Main Event from Miami Beach

That’s a wrap from the Loews Hotel Miami Beach! In partnership with our friends at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, our crew produced the entire AV complement in the Americana Ballroom for their biggest gala of the year: The Main Event. We work with Federation on this event annually, and this year we had an additional day to load in and set up to be ready for a full afternoon and evening of rehearsals the following day.
