Arts and All-Stars!
To put it plainly, our crew is anywhere and everywhere right now! Most recently, though, we had some really exciting local entertainment gigs.
First up was a show at the beautiful Wynwood Walls in Miami. To add to the excitement of it all, this show loaded in overnight to be ready and teched for the following day. We provided lighting and audio enhancements over all seven galleries at the Walls as well as a main stage for entertainment and speakers.
There were quite a few logistics to work on with this one while on site, including power (for which we brought in a generator) and determining the appropriate cable runs since the venue spans such a large and unique area. We worked this show in conjunction with Techne Events, PRA and ESG/Event Services Group – thank you to Jennifer Dolnik, Anthony Talarico and Jeff Gold!
Next up was the NHL All-Star Game, which returned to South Florida for the first time in two decades! Our wonderful partners from the Florida Panthers booked us to provide audio at the Ice Den in Coral Springs for the NHL Alumni Game. The game was played between distinguished Panthers’ alum and NHL alum from other teams.
It was an awesome event to get fans who traveled from all over warmed up for the Skills Competition and the All-Star Game the following two nights! For the game, we provided an additional audio package and multi press box for the postgame press conference.
Stay tuned for many more upcoming adventures from the Media Stage crew!!
