Busy season continues with two local shows
No rest for the weary! Our crew has been busy back at home with multiple local shows. We partnered with BI Worldwide for a multi-space event at the JW Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura and we also recently produced a show for FIDF (Friends of the Israel Defense Forces) at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood.
The show for BI featured a General Session room, a smaller breakout room and an outdoor area for an opening reception. We built two center LED walls in both of the indoor rooms, and for the outdoor terrace area we constructed a four-way truss tower from which we hung moving lights.
A DJ was positioned underneath the tower who tied into our audio system that we put in place to cover the perimeter of the space.
We were excited for the opportunity to once again use our brand new ESD Lumen 2.6mm LED panels for this show. These were a recent add to our inventory and we’ve already been able to utilize them on multiple shows since getting them.
This was a multi-day production with a weekend load-in and multiple deliveries from our truck to stagger set builds.
The FIDF show brought us back in the ballroom at the Diplomat and our AV complement featured three rear projection screens, a full lighting package complete with stage wash, backlighting and up-lights for the drape, a surround-style PA system.
The run of show consisted of pre-produced videos, awards and presentations about FIDF’s ongoing efforts within the community. We are thankful to have been involved in this event for 19 years; thank you to our friends at FIDF for the wonderful partnership!
