That’s a wrap on Vision Source: The Exchange 2022! This is one of our largest shows of the year, and with the incredible partnership of EGR International, we recently completed our week-long production of this event.

Amidst a very busy schedule of earlier this month, our crew produced the Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces show at The Diplomat in Miami. It was a long single-day production between set, show and strike.

For more than 20 years, Media Stage has been producing the “Sand In My Shoes” award show for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. This year was no exception!

With some major last-minute pivots, the Media Stage crew worked back-to-back shows in Las Vegas last month for the UK-based experiential marketing firm Hart Wilcox.

Back at the home of the NHL’s Florida Panthers, FLA Live Arena! Our crew worked the surprise retirement party for Broward Administrator Bertha Watson Henry.

Media Stage had the privilege of providing A/V for the 2022 Make-A-Wish Wishmaker’s Starfishes and Wishes Party presented by First Horizon Foundation to raise funds for the local community’s “Wish Kids.”

2021 ended with a bang for Media Stage! Our crew worked three separate events for the Capital One Orange Bowl between the University of Michigan and the University of Georgia from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

Media Stage was especially excited to partner with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation for their Women’s Event a couple weeks ago! This annual event had to be produced virtually last year, so it was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to gather in person again.

To add to the list of different venue types our crew has worked in over the years, an airplane hangar was the site of one of our most recent shows.

Bienvenido a Cuba! Our team recently designed a custom set at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove to simulate the famous Tropicana nightclub in Cuba for a very special reunion.

It was a day full of emotion at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise on Monday, November 1. Our team had the somber privilege of providing A/V for the funeral of Officer Yandy Chirino of the Hollywood Police Department.

We partnered with CND’s talented planners and nail professionals once again to produce the widely viewed virtual event for an audience of more than 5,000.

Our crew recently worked Media Day and an additional “Social” Media Day for the Miami Heat at the newly named FTX Arena. We were onsite with Bally Sports Florida as they captured video content, gladiator shots and soundbites of the players.

Last week, our crew once again teamed up with our partners at the Florida Panthers for their Media Day. We provided many elements of the on-ice set where the gladiator and promo shots were taken of the players for both in-game and TV broadcast use during the upcoming season.

Media Stage had the honor of providing the A/V support and technical execution for the 4th Annual Broward Mental Health Summit.

The Media Stage team recently hit the road for its biggest in-person show since the pandemic! In partnership with EGR International, we provided the full audio-visual supplement for Vision Source: The Exchange in Houston.

CND just released the perfect line of products for all the cozy and warm feels of the season. We recently hosted their virtual Trendcast show to introduce this line for the first time from our onsite studio and command center.
