Last week, our crew once again teamed up with our partners at the Florida Panthers for their Media Day. We provided many elements of the on-ice set where the gladiator and promo shots were taken of the players for both in-game and TV broadcast use during the upcoming season.

Media Stage had the honor of providing the A/V support and technical execution for the 4th Annual Broward Mental Health Summit.

The Media Stage team recently hit the road for its biggest in-person show since the pandemic! In partnership with EGR International, we provided the full audio-visual supplement for Vision Source: The Exchange in Houston.

CND just released the perfect line of products for all the cozy and warm feels of the season. We recently hosted their virtual Trendcast show to introduce this line for the first time from our onsite studio and command center.

Our team recently worked a series of private special events that spanned two days and three venues in Miami Beach.

Earlier this month, Media Stage proudly provided video support to the main stadium LED screen, multiple speaker arrays, lighting structures and staging for the 2nd Annual Tech Bash for Tiger Direct.

For the first time since before the pandemic, the Greater Miami Chamber of Conference was able to meet in person!

South Florida has been home to Fight Night these past few weekends, providing Media Stage with the opportunity to work one of the pre-fight shows live from the beautiful new Hard Rock Guitar Hotel.

Media Stage recently provided the A/V for the ceremonial groundbreaking at FTL War Memorial, the site that will be used not only for the Florida Panthers’ practice facility but will also serve as the home to numerous local youth hockey programs.

There was no shortage of superstars on Media Stage’s most recent virtual show, produced in conjunction with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

So long as CND keeps coming out with amazing product lines, we are going to keep producing shows! At the end of April our team provided the technical execution for CND NAILATHON.

You’ve seen Joe D on our virtual platform before, and we were happy to also include Boston Children’s Hospital on our most recent show! This joint program featured a live studio host and alternating remote presenters from both hospitals.

Global Meetings Industry Day came back better than ever at one of our favorite venues: Daytona International Speedway!

This past weekend our production crew worked “Girl Hold My Hand: The Awakening” hybrid event at Hilton Miami Downtown.

What do you get when you mix beautiful Spring pastels, a team of some of the most talented nail techs in the world and a virtual audience of 2,500? CND Trendcast!

A future where justice… just is. That was the powerful theme of Media Stage’s most recent production in conjunction with YWCA.

Not to get too far ahead of ourselves, but we have been so thrilled to produce a couple in-person events recently! It may not be the final light at the end of the tunnel, but we are cautiously optimistic that it’s a positive sign for the future within our industry.
