Media Stage teams up with Southeast Toyota
That’s a wrap from Marco Island! Our crew recently traveled over to the other coast to work the Southeast Toyota PROS show attended by 750 people. This annual gala recognizes the top salespeople in their organization’s dealerships, so there was no shortage of AV enhancements to celebrate those in attendance.
Within the ballroom at JW Marriott Marco Island, we set two 15’ x 24’ screens with 20K laser rear projection to flank each side of the stage. We also placed a custom backdrop wall within the main doorway for guests to enter and exit from.
Our audio complement was robust given the size of the room; we flew a full Meyer Leopard line array system, doing so with the in-house riggers. There was also a full 10-piece band that performed throughout the event, so we ensured all of the additional backline gear they required was provided.
We were afforded quite a bit of visual creativity on this show, so we video mapped custom graphics on the walls throughout the ballroom. Our friends at A2 Events also provided amazing décor pieces all throughout the event!
The run of show consisted of pre-recorded videos, awards presentations and even a raffle with the grand prize of the newly released 2022 Toyota Tacoma.
