Media Stage at the 4th annual United Hatzalah gala

Our crew recently wrapped the United Hatzalah show at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, a multi-day production with full-scale projection, video, audio and lighting support.

This was a multi-day production to allow ample time to get our gear flown and to be show-ready for client rehearsals leading up to the night of the event. We front projected onto three main ultra-wide screens: one in the center behind the stage and one on each side. For IMAG, we used a three-camera complement to allow for different shots of both the stage and the audience, as well as program records.

For audio, we rigged a full line array system and made sure we had a complete kit of wireless mics and lectern mics. The gala featured a live band performance, for which we also provided backline support. Our onsite crew required a complete comms system (both wired and wireless), 2-way radios, and anchor speakers for backstage and FOH to execute the show successfully.

Our lighting package was very thorough as it was designed with several types of movers (Mac Aura, Mac Quantum and Elation Fuze Max fixtures) along with ample stage wash. Scenically, we ran a full line of blue drape to run off the screens. We also operated a full presidential teleprompting system to aid presenters.

United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit Emergency Medical Service organization that provides medical first response throughout Israel with the support of more than 6,500 volunteers.
