Media Stage Produces AV for Make-A-Wish Gala, Breaking Donation Record

For the fifth consecutive year, Media Stage played a crucial role in making the Make-A-Wish Gala in Naples a standout success, providing high-end AV production for the prestigious event. This year we were at the Royal Ponciana Golf Club for a very busy two days between a full load-in/set day and our live show day followed immediately by strike that went into the early morning.

This year’s gala was especially significant as it raised around $650,000 and set a new donation record for the event. The funds raised will go toward granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, furthering Make-A-Wish’s mission of bringing hope and joy to children facing difficult challenges.

One highlight of the evening was the live performance by the legendary group The Spinners. For the musical act, we brought in additional lighting and backline gear to support the needs called for in the band’s rider.

The rest of our production complement included all ground-supported audio, ambience lighting and stage wash, rear projection for video display, a camera package for IMAG shots, and full program records.
