MPI recognizes our own Patrick Brochu!
A big congratulations is in order for our Director of Show Services Patrick Brochu as he was recently named to MPI’s 50 Up-and-Comers To Watch as a part of their 50-year celebration! Patrick has a long history with MPI (Meeting Professionals International), having been involved through a number of different roles.
In addition to being on the MPI South Florida Board since 2014, he has also served as the VP of Membership and VP of Education. While Patrick held the latter responsibility, the chapter achieved its highest ratings for education and was recognized as a top-performing chapter in that category. He is also a past president of MPI, acting as South Florida Chapter President from 2019-2020.
In addition to these accolades within MPI, he has also been widely recognized as an industry expert, making appearances as a conference speaker at WEC, SITE Global and IMEX. On top of everything else, he is also the co-founder of the “Well Seasoned” podcast that combines a love of culinary arts with the ins and outs of the live events industry (yes, that is a thing)!
Patrick received his degree in Stage Design with a minor in Art History from Coastal Carolina University. He and his wife Paige have 7-year-old twin boys, Paiden and Paxton. In his spare time, he enjoys checking out the local “foodie” spots in Oakland Park, traveling and pool days with his family.
From our entire Media Stage family: thank you for all that you do, PB! Our team would not be complete without your creativity, energy and outgoing personality. Please join us in congratulating him!!!
