The gradual return to live events…!

Not to get too far ahead of ourselves, but we have been so thrilled to produce a couple in-person events recently! It may not be the final light at the end of the tunnel, but we are cautiously optimistic that it’s a positive sign for the future within our industry.

We did a video activation for Triton Productions to enhance an exclusive event for a few lucky chosen attendees in Bal Harbour. Our team helped achieve a luxurious set-up that provided the appropriate aesthetic for the occasion. With the intimate setting, the crowd was relatively small and everyone in attendance followed all COVID-19 regulations and social distancing practices.

Next, we traveled across the state to Naples for the Make-A-Wish gala at the beachside Ritz-Carlton. In terms of production, we provided cameras for IMAG, audio and lighting packages fit for the outdoor evening setting, video elements and display monitors, among some other necessary A/V additions. We also livestreamed the event for those who could not attend in person.

The “Tropical Garden Party” featured silent and live auctions, delectable cuisine and cocktails and live music courtesy of The Danny Beck Band. A select couple of children shared their “Wishes” to be able to both visit Hawaii and experience Florida’s famous theme parks, and all were inspired by their moving testimonials.

Another highlight of the night was a special presentation of the Magic Wand Award to the Clark Family Foundation to showcase and extend thanks for their continued support and generosity toward Make-A-Wish. It was undoubtedly a successful night; more than $450,000 was raised to benefit local children battling crucial illnesses.

We are looking ahead to the busy upcoming few months as we’ll be spanning our time between our onsite studio and command center, our custom sets at Hilton Miami Downtown and getting back out doing some more in-person events as well!
