…from the good people at the Miami Children’s Museum, in support of their legendary annual fundraiser on Watson’s Island earlier last month!

Always proud to support a great cause , Media Stage recently provided lighting treatments, AV, and staging for the non-profit’s 2013 Gala event. This year the entertainment featured the talented Jake & Elwood Blues Review Big Band as well as a live auction featuring the hilarious Dave Barry (Miami Herald) and local radio personality Paul Castronovo.

The party went long and strong into the early hours of the morning with Pitbull’s DJ Chino keeping the dance floor full and auction items out the door!

Sand In My Shoes honors local South Florida couple

The show may have occurred a bit later than originally scheduled due to Hurricane Milton, but Media Stage once again partnered with Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce on the annual Sand In My Shoes awards gala as we have done for more than 20 years. The show was originally scheduled for October 9th but ended up being postponed to October 30th. Even though Miami wasn’t in the direct path of the storm, the Chamber wanted to be considerate of their fellow Floridians in other parts of the state. [Read more...]
