That’s a wrap from Jungle Island! Yesterday we were proud to be on site once again with Greater Miami Jewish Federation for their Lion of Judah Luncheon in the Bloom Ballroom. The show may have occurred a bit later than originally scheduled due to Hurricane Milton, but Media Stage once again partnered with Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce on the annual Sand In My Shoes awards gala as we have done for more than 20 years. The show was originally scheduled for October 9th but ended up being postponed to October 30th. Even though Miami wasn’t in the direct path of the storm, the Chamber wanted to be considerate of their fellow Floridians in other parts of the state. [Read more...]

The glitz and glam of Palm Beach was on full display at our most recent show, an awards gala for a local apartment association for which we produced a full AV complement in partnership with Paragon Events. The PGA Ballroom at the resort was the perfect backdrop for the occasion, which was fully in theme showcasing tropical décor and pale pinks and vibrant greens throughout the room. [Read more...]

Let’s drop that puck! Media Stage was back on the ice with the Florida Panthers for multiple events leading up to the start of the new season as reigning Stanley Cup Champions. First on the schedule was Media Day a few weeks ago which was held at their brand new practice facility. We built a multi-dimensional LED wall as the video backdrop and brought in a full complement of movers and addition effect lighting to capture gladiator camera shots. [...]

Florida Panthers fever has not subsided at all during the summer; Media Stage has been active with the reigning Stanley Cup Champions for many of the team’s off-season activities. One major highlight was having the Stanley Cup brought into our onsite studio for a private photo shoot for the team to capture content for the upcoming season.

That’s a wrap on Visit Florida Governor’s Conference 2024! For the third consecutive year, Media Stage provided AV support for this show’s general session, trade show and expo area, and multiple breakout rooms. This year, we traveled cross-state to the Tampa Convention Center. The venues over the last couple of years were both hotel ballrooms (in Boca Raton and Orlando, respectively). Wheels up once again! Most recently our road adventures took us to Charlotte, NC for a medical conference attended by more than 1,000 people at the Sheraton Uptown. This show had a widespread reach as attendees represented 22 different countries and 40 U.S. states!

Another one in the books from Orlando! Earlier this summer, our crew was back in Central Florida at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek to produce AV for a multi-day corporate show. It was a fun set to design while incorporating the client’s Top Gun theme throughout the conference, which we were able to bring to life within the Waterside Ballroom.

Greetings from St. Louis! Our crew recently worked a multi-day production for the 2024 IDEA (Information Display and Entertainment Association) Conference from the Marriott St. Louis Grand hotel. This conference is the only time throughout the year when the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAA, MLS and minor league sports all come together to share their best “IDEAs” and creative processes! The Florida Panthers have done it! For the first time in the team’s 30-year history as a franchise, they have hoisted Lord Stanley after besting the Edmonton Oilers in an exhilarating 7-game series. Media Stage was excited to be back on site not only for the Final, but also for the entire run of the postseason which spanned more than two full months.

Media Stage was back on site with Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for their annual Goals Conference in Miami. We have worked this show in partnership with the Chamber for more than two decades; this year it was held at the Marriott Marquis downtown. [Read more...]

May started off with Formula 1 coming to Hard Rock Stadium, drawing in spectators from all over the world! Media Stage partnered up with Veteran Media Group to produce one of the pre-race events at the exclusive La Mar restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

For the second time this year, our crew was back at Miami Beach Convention Center. In addition to all our travels during Q1, we’ve also had plenty of shows locally in various parts of Miami to keep us busy as well! One of the most recent was a corporate finance meeting for which we were able to add some eye-catching visuals and set pieces for the General Session.

We are very excited to have been so busy with six shows in Puerto Rico during the first quarter of the year! Business is definitely booming on the island as it has come back as a premiere destination for live events and corporate meetings. Our crew just wrapped a five-day production at the Fairmont San Juan. This was a robust set-up between a general session in the Grand Ballroom and eight different breakouts. [Read more...]

For the fourth consecutive year in partnership with EGR International, the Media Stage crew produced full scale AV for Vision Source: The Exchange 2024 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Central Florida. The theme of this year’s event was “Go Beyond,” so many of the creative aspects that were brought to life were of a galactic and celestial feel. [Read more...]

After working the ground-breaking ceremony for the Florida Panthers’ new practice facility three years ago, Media Stage was excited to come full circle and provide the AV production for the ribbon-cutting ceremony last week! The beautiful new Baptist Health Iceplex located in downtown Fort Lauderdale is now built and fully operational. The venue is open to the public for youth hockey leagues, learn-to-skate/play programs, and of course, to house the Florida Panthers’ practices. [Read more...]

Our crew was honored to, once again, produce AV for the Make-A-Wish Southern Florida’s Annual Wishmaker’s Party. This year, it was held at the Royal Ponciana Golf Club during the last weekend in February and raised more than $700,000.
